Helping you evaluate your needs and
determining which software package is right for you is our primary goal.
At our initial meeting we will discuss with you what you need out of
your accounting information system and help you outline specific goals
and objectives. Based on this criteria, we will recommend the
appropriate software and hardware configuration. Above all, we
will inform you as to what the software will and will not do. We
will only recommend a solution if it is a good fit for your company.

Installation
Services
Once you have made your selection, we will
assist you in preparing your network for the new software. We will
provide you with a checklist to ensure your system is ready for
installation and work with your hardware and network professional(s) to
ready your system if necessary.
Upon completion of the checklist we will
install the software, configure workstation settings and test printer
connections. We will schedule these events so your staff will
return from training with accounting software that is installed and
operational with sample data. Therefore allowing them to build on
their knowledge when they return.

Training
Services
At DeRosa Mangold Consulting we believe you
receive the most value from your training dollar. Proper training
is a must to insure against inefficient operation of the system.
Most operational problems, including loss of data, can be linked to
insufficient training. Therefore it is our goal to properly train
each operators at each new installation so that they may be able to:
-
Use and maintain the software and its data
without technical assistance.
-
Re-train staff when turnover occurs.
-
Use productivity tools and keyboard
short-cuts to efficiently utilize the technology.
-
Know what the system is capable of and not
capable of should your company's environment change.
We highly recommend classroom training. We
offer classroom training at our Austin Training Facility (see
training schedules). If our Austin facility is not convenient, we
can bring the classroom to you with our mobile facility. All
training is performed using Sage Certified Course Curriculum and conducted by
Sage Certified Trainers. One on one training is also available.

Implementation
Services
Once you have had the software installed and
have been properly trained, you are ready to start setting up your new
system to go live. Our implementation service is available to help
you plan this process and carry it through meeting mission critical
deadlines along the way. We start with a planning meeting.
Then, we will help you determine the appropriate configuration for each
module to reflect how you do business. We will also import
information from your previous system, so it will not have to be
re-keyed, wherever possible. Implementation services also include
setting up business forms and drafting custom reports that must be ready
when you go live on your new system.
We will also be available to be on-site for
all of your "firsts" with your new system. The day you
go live, your first payroll, your first month end close and your first
year end close.

you will receive information regarding operational tips and
techniques, upcoming changes in the software and an opportunity to

group topics can include mini-training sessions on any area of
interest the group selects such as: "Introduction to Crystal
Reports".
