If you do not receive a conformation fax, please phone as soon as possible. Cancellation: Classes are subject to cancellation by DeRosa Mangold Consulting, Inc. Cancellation will be made two weeks prior to the date of the class. If a class is cancelled, course fees will be refunded. (DeRosa Mangold Consulting, Inc. assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses that may be incurred due to cancellation.) If you cancel your confirmed attendance: Up to two weeks prior to start date of class, 100% of the class fee will be refunded. Less than two weeks prior to date of class, 75% of the class fee will be refunded. Failure to attend a class without notification to DeRosa/ Mangold Consulting, Inc., will be considered a "no show" and the entire class fee will be forfeited. Continuing Professional Education Credit: CPE credit is available for CPA's attending all of our professional training courses.
